Fiberfrax®
ceramic fibers are a family of high temperature fibers designed to be used in
a variety of industrial and commercial applications. Manufactured from
alumina-silica materials these fibers offer such characteristics as high
temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, excellent
thermal shock resistance, light weight, and superior corrosion resistance.
Fiberfrax ceramic fibers exhibit thermal stability at temperatures up to
1260°C (2300°F).
Insulfrax®
thermal insulation products are based on a calcium, magnesium, silica
chemistry which produces products capable of withstanding continuous
operating temperatures up to 1100°C (2012°F). Insulfrax products are designed
to have enhanced in-vitro solubility characteristics which enable Insulfrax
products to meet European regulatory requirements for synthetic vitreous
fibers.
Isofrax®
thermal insulation utilizes a unique, patented silica-magnesia chemistry
which produces products capable of withstanding continuous operating
temperatures up to 1260°C (2300°F). Isofrax products are designed to have
enhanced in-vitro solubility characteristics which enable Isofrax products to
meet European regulatory requirments for synthetic vitreous fibers.|
